Hood Warfare 2 Player Count
15,121 people are playing Hood Warfare 2 on Steam right now, 100% of the all-time peak of 15,121. We record Steam's own player count every 10 minutes, so this page shows the Hood Warfare 2 player count as it moves, not a number from launch week.

Is Hood Warfare 2 dying?
Too early to call
We need a full 48 hours of records to compare one day's peak with the day before. Until then: the game sits at 100% of its all-time peak right now.
No, and the Hood Warfare 2 player count shows why. The game launched on Steam on October 8, 2026 for $5.99, went viral on TikTok and X over its first weekend, and set its all-time peak on Oct 14. A game this size that holds thousands of players at its quietest hour is far from dead.
The fair way to judge a Hood Warfare 2 player count is to compare peaks, not single readings. The count swings by thousands every day between the US night and the US evening, so a screenshot taken at 6 AM Eastern looks like a crash and one taken at 9 PM looks like a boom. Compare each day's peak in the table below, and watch weekends and patch days: both pull players back.
Viral games lose players after the first spike as curious buyers move on. What decides the long run of the Hood Warfare 2 player count is whether Trapstar Games keeps shipping updates. Patch 1.0.10 arrived four days after launch with voice chat and anti-cheat, and the developer calls it one of many updates to come. See every patch on the Hood Warfare 2 updates page.

all-time peak players
Hood Warfare 2 (2026)
15,121
all-time peak players
The first Hood Warfare came out on Steam in January 2023 for $4.99 and never broke through: SteamDB shows an all-time peak of 68 players, and it has a few hundred reviews. The Hood Warfare 2 player count passed 222 times that peak within a week and collected more than a thousand reviews in its first six days.
The sequel moved to Unreal Engine 5, added weapon customization, perks, six modes and bots, and landed at the right moment for short clips: a Call of Duty style shooter with its UAV renamed Snitch is easy to share. Price did the rest. At $5.99, trying it costs less than a meal.
Where the Hood Warfare 2 player count comes from
Steam publishes how many people are running a game at this moment. Every 10 minutes we ask Steam for Hood Warfare 2's number and store it, which is what every Hood Warfare 2 player count on this page is built from: the chart, the daily table and the 24 hour peak. The figure counts people in the game on Steam right now; it does not count sales, wishlists or bots in custom matches.
The all-time peak before our records began comes from SteamDB, which tracks Steam games around the clock. When one of our readings beats it, the page shows the new record and its date. Hood Warfare 2 is only on Steam for Windows, so this is the whole player base: there are no console players to add. Want to join them?
